I made the decision this morning to take down the forums on surryskingdom.co.uk

Why?  2 reasons mainly.

  1. 2 members in 8 months, in my mind, doesn’t make it an efficient use of my disk space or bandwidth.
  2. I’m getting a little pissed off deleting spam accounts from the forum member list.  If I didn’t have to authorise members then the forum would be flooded by spam.

Spam is a huge issue for me and as I’ve mentioned before makes me angry.  When I put this web site together I didn’t realise spam would be such a big problem.  Sorry, I know I keep on about it but it’s my God given right to moan about it :-D

The rest of the site will carry on as normal.
